Question about Outlook Express

Microsoft Support,

I was forced to reset my Windows Live account password.  The password I wanted to use was unaccepted because it was a password I used before ....?  I NEED this to be rectified and want to use whatever password I wish.  It is 8 characters, Caps and lower case with symbols.  I do NOT care if it is a previously used password.  This is the most ridiculous security feature.  All you big corporations are becoming out of control and unreasonable with password requirements.  I do NOT give any of my passwords to anybody for any reason. Difficult and outrageous passwords are not going to stop accounts from being compromised.   How about you all hire real software coders and close your exploits and back doors from everyone hacking them.

You still have not told me what I need to do to open Email that I have stored in Local Folders.  Like someone else, I have a lot of personal information in those folders and would like to be able to open the Emails.  Please help!!

I recently purchased a new Asus desktop computer with Windows 10 pre installed.

After a week I was getting a box with the message Failed to connect to a Windows Service. Windows could not connect to the Group Policy Client Service. This problem prevents standard users from signing in.

I tried all the regular scans which did not fix it.

After getting nowhere with Ausu and PC World. I stared to uninstall the software one by one. I eventually found that Windows Live Mail was causing the problem. Once I uninstalled it the error box did not return.

I have a laptop with Windows 10 on which I can run Windows Live Mail.

Why is it causing a problem on my desktop ?
