Windows live mail can’t send a link as html?

When I click send link in email, it will send it but only as plain text. I have .html checked in the options for email. How do I correct this?

Opened Live Mail and everything has gone!

Windows Live Mail Stopped Sending Emails but Does Receive

Dear Microsoft Community,
I had sent you several messages regarding my Outlook/Windows LIve Mail account which suddenly stopped sending emails about 2 weeks ago. It receives all emails but will not send. Here are some of the error messages I have been getting.
 
I haven’t heard whether you received these messages and/or were able to address my issue.

Cannot open Windows Live Mail after a WLM Error ID: 0x800CCC6F. Server response: 544 5.7.1 was "The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. Please visithhtp://verizon.net/spamfaq for more information." Verizon live agent was not able to resolve because "it's a Windows mail issue." I was trying to forward an incoming message; not spam coming in, but spam going out. How do I clear the error so I can get into my WLM?

I have windows 10 and Windows Live Mail 2012. When attempting to send email it goes to Outbox and i cannot move on from there.. Does anyone have an answer please?
