Please advise me where to go on 8.1 to change Livemail settings.
Instead of receiving newsletters with pictures, in Livemail I actually only have lines and lines of links to picture. I want my settings changed back to have pictures on incoming emails.
A supposedly 'professional' technician has been working on my pc and downloaded the latest Livemail, now my outgoing mail is paralysed. I can't send anything.
I need to know how to delete an event. When I tried it everything got stuck.
I received a link to a download. Looks nothing like a link and won't work. I also received an attachment of a photo. I can't get slide-show to work. The photo is stuck.
Answers to the above would be greatly appreciated. They are part of a huge problem caused by technicians.
Thank you.

Should i just get my e-mails off of the web browser? Any comments on this?
