Question about Outlook Express

My parents are trying to use Windows Email Live Client for accessing their email (Adam's Cable) and it was working.  Now they are getting an error message: "Before you can sign in with this email address you need to verify that it is yours. Check your inbox for a verification message from Windows Live and follow the instructions to complete verification".  

There is no verification email being sent to their Adams Cable email and they don't have Windows Live email addresses so I am not sure how to resolve this for them.

How do I change the font and size and have it stay.  Each time I go into live mail the font and size is back to where it was.

Been using WLM for long time.

I have Gmail and Comcast addresses.

They are both setup as POP/Smtp and I have had no problems.

All of a sudden, I stopped receiving almost all of my Gmails.

Just now, on opening WLM, only one new mail came in. Going to the Gmail site, I have 8 new, one of which is the only one that came in on WLM.

Before this started to happen, I setup Outlook.com on loaded both the Gmail and Comcast accounts.

As I was checking each email; ON OUTLOOK, I  clicked in the ""trust *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Always show content"

Is this the reason I stopped getting the WLM mail? Or is it something else.

PC is clean, ran Its Bitdefende 2016 AV, Malwarebyres.

Did a "Repair" of the Essentials/Windows Live Mail.

Tried everything else I found with no results.

Original Title: Windows Live File Folders.

I can not keep my mail Home folder open.  It reverts to the file folder and I want the Home folder.

I had a ton of problems with windows 10, the biggest one was I couldn't use windows mail which I love. I could send photos via one drive as a photo album or attachment with windows mail and can't seem to find anything that compares or is compatible with one drive to do that.

The problem is somewhere along the line I uninstalled windows mail and tried to reinstall while in windows 10......now I'm back to windows 7 and the problem still exists. The uninstall always fails saying "mail" is the problem, along with the error code 0x8007064C.

I have tried every help page I can find on this issue without any luck. Trying "regedit" and deleting the source didn't work, I've tried various microsoft downloads that promise to clean up the problem and still nothing. I would be fine with the 2009, 2011 or the 2012 version if only one would install. Can anyone help?

The dates and times attached to my incoming WLM messages have no discernible relation to the actual dates and times. I have used the Win7 control panel to "repair" Windows Essentials, and received a report that Windows Essentials was "successfully repaired"--with however no change after re-running WLM. I've checked mail as received by my ISP's mail server, and those dates and times are correct.

How can I get WLM to display the correct times and dates?

Firstly, we know her username and password are correct! They work fine through webmail.

She is using Windows Mail to access multiple email accounts; all the others still work, and this one did up until Sunday. I've not been able to find much of a fix online: I did find this thread

and followed the steps in there to repair Windows Live Essentials, but that hasn't worked.

I have checked the server address and port (pop3.live.com and 995) and those are right.

My next move will probably be to remove the live account and re-add it, but I wanted to know if there was an actual fix for this I should try first.

Any suggestions?

how do I setup Mail????  I am using Live Mail 2012 and if I go into MS account I can use Mail but it will not load from Start or anywhere else.  Using asus X53E with 8 Gb mem and win 10 build 586
