I can't find files using the search capability in 8.1. I can be staring at the file in windows explorer but search will not find it. It doesn't matter if I try (*) wildcard or completely spell out the filename including the extension. It doesn't matter
if I searching for files or everywhere. This doen't apply to any particular application but they force to pick from a small list below on the form.

I, among many, do not like the changes from hotmail to outlook. My big problem is that I lost all of my groups for email. They are still there, but I cannot add anyone else to the group. Also, when people change email addresses, the old one stays in,
so I get the rejected email and sometimes it won't even bring up the new address. I have to go searching and sometimes it won't come up. It's in the address book, but I can't send an email unless I do it individually. There is an "upgrade" button, but nothing
happens when I click on it. Come on folks! I signed up for gmail, but I can't do groups there either. I like hotmail and want to stay there. Help?
I reset my password on the MS website. But the new, reset password won't work to log into messenger. I can log into MS Website just fine using the new, reset password. Can anyone tell me why it works on the website but not my desktop?

I opened my mail app and near my gmail account was a "!", so clicked on it and a window poped with manage and fix, I clicked on fix but nothing happened. I deleted my gmail account from my mail app and now I can t connect with it anymore. I don t know what happened, please help me...

I've just tried to recover one of my very old email addresses i made years ago for research purposes, upon trying to log in however it has been "blocked" and prompted the reset option for me. I went ahead with resetting the password on the account and that was all perfectly fine, but I've now changed the password several times through the system and it's still saying the account is blocked..can you unblock this for me?
