Missing Folders and sent emails

I was using Hotmail and recently when I needed some information and I logged into my account  and the all new outlook.com.

I see the folders, not file in it and I don't see the sent emails  in the folders. 

 

I had pretty importing documents and communication from the start of my account. How can I get them back ?

For some months now,  I have noticed that I have been receiving emails in my junk box, which show they have been sent by myself,  This not the case. I have not sent them at all.  Is this common? Are others finding the same thing happening to them in their junk mail box?  In response I have just kept deleting them from the junk mail box, whereas other junk emails I have been sweeping them and blocking them.  Can any one let me know why this is happening and what can I do about it.  I sometimes find it necessary to send myself an email, but if I swept all the emails that I have received showing that I am the sender, then I would not receive the genuine email that I need. outlook will not open mail, it also will not retain password I have to re enter details every time I enter

I cannot get any further than being able to sign in and submit my password, as soon as I do all I get is this;

This page can't be displayed
  • Make sure the web address https://mail.live.com is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
  • Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security

 

I have done all it asks above and yet I still get no further, WHY is this??? I didn't have this problem before outlook change its system.

 

I give you permission to access my account, all emails & passwords to help rectify the problem.

 

The system I am on is; Internet explore 10

                                    Product ID: 00150-20000-00003-AA459

 

And yes I am on Windows 7, using a 3 dongle, and I normally use Google chrome.

 

I need help sooner, rather than days, weeks or months later., as my emails are much needed now.

Unable to add alias to my custom live domain

Hello,


I'm unable to add some aliases to an email account of my custom domain (created on Microsoft live domains).

If I try to create a new alias that has never been created, it is OK

If I try to create an alias that has already been added then removed, I get an error

I'm using wlalias that I know is not supported by Microsoft but is nice ...  I get error 9003 Passport error.

Is it possible to get help to definitely remove some old aliases that may be stored on Microsoft side ?

Printing from Desktop Outlook not working

Hi
I run Windows 8.1 outlook 2013 (desktop version) but I can not print from it.
If I go the the metro / modern mail client and open the same email I can print from it.
Both are pointing to the SAME printer, as far as I can tell, all other applications Word, Excel etc can print to the SAME printer.

First Part of error message:
"This error can appear if a default printer has not been designated or if the application is unable to locate an existing default printer. To correct this problem, try one of the following in Microsoft Windows:"

I have checked, and YES, printer is set to default, all other apps happily print to it.

So why is it that outlook refuses to print to the printer yet all other MS and Other applications don't seem to have an issue?

old sent messeges being sent repeatedly

Hi, 

My old sent messages are being sent repeatedly throughout the day...I have 6 pages of messages usually the same two messages for YESTERDAY ALONE! They are being resent to the same persons I originally sent them too.

Help!
