hotmail account reset passwords not being sent, account is now blocked

my account has been blocked and I cant reset my password, apparently im not answering the questions correctly, I cant remember what emails I last send and the previous passwords ive used, hence why I have been using the reset tool as I have a bad memory. Now I cannot access my email at all and I cant get the reset link sent to me as apparently I have requested a reset to many times. This Hotmail is linked to a lot of my accounts and is required for a lot of things. Their suggestion is to talk to you guys or create a new account. I cant afford to loose the last 12 years worth of info I have on there please help me out

 

I can even supply a screen shot of my FB email that I used to create the account with showing that it is my email address as proof. The questions are ridiculous, how am I supposed to remember who I sent an email to on a daily basis and what the topic was?? I cant remember the password how am I supposed to remember that when I have a very bad memory. I reset my password on the 15th October with no issue but now I cannot reset it. I have the email on my alternate account as proof also which I can forward if needed. Just really stressed right now.

Skydrive Folder not updating, taking a lot a resources and preventing Image previews in Explorer

Hi,
I installed Skydrive for my wife and bought additional 20GB. We use the skydrive on a x64 Windows 7 laptop which is always connected via WIFI.
The connection is perfect and the internet connection is stable with a 6Mbit upload. The problem however is that certain files and folders are never synced online. The program is taking quite some memory. Viewing the local skydrive folder via file explorer also seems slow and thumbs are not created unless we manually stop the Skydrive app. The general feeling is that if performance is not better, we will try to get a refund as this is not working for us.

lost an old email address

I had an old email address La**********@hotmail.fr. I didn't used it for a very long time (years), but I also have an yahoo account that I need to recover and used that old address. Is there a chance to recover the old hotmail.fr address? The new server doesn't recognize it.

Hotmail Keep deleting my previous emails

Over the past few month my hotmail account has been periodically deleting my email from my Inbox. Many important email since 2010 till Dec 2012 has been deleted and also not sure how many more??

We need some important email back due to some ongoing legal issues

This same thing happen in around April or may 2013, and i do recover emails from recovery process. But not not able to recover that old messages either

Can anyone please help me?

Group conversation emails

I sent an email to my cousing and later on checking my sent mail - I saw that another person had been included in the mail.

This is not good - as the email to my cousin was private.

After doing some reasearch - I saw that my emails had been grouped together if involving the dame subject. I disable this and now

all is ok. But - when the emails were grouped together - did the other recipient see my email, as well as my cousin?

Hi everybody 

I have problem in our mail service it is when i send any email from any account in our domain to any person .
my email address appear like that

From: hotmail_------------*** Email address is removed for privacy *** on behalf of it h-----s (it@-------.com)
Sent: Friday, October 25, 2013 2:36:27 PM
To: it --------(it@------.com


and this is for all accounts on this domain
but i find the reason 

in domain setting in domains.live.com
I found under domain setting our service is active and under Edit mail setting 

You can enable mail service for your domain. Please select the mail provider from the choices below. 
No mail 
Outlook.com 

and No mail is selected and i test that when i change to Outlook.com choice the problem is resolver but i found this important notification

but i test this on domain have not any important inbox and no thing happen i mean all inbox's is still as it is.

I need assistant if this notification can be happen or not i test that but i need confirmation about that.

My boyfriend's hotmail account (eg *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is linking to some other random's facebook profile picture with the same name?
What can be done to fix this?
