I have a valid credit card on file yet payment for my Hotmail subscription was not taken. Thoughts on how to get out of expired account purgatory?
I have not been able to access my main hotmail account since Friday night, but I am able to access a secondary one (not linked).
It started with my IPhone. I tried to link to a free wifi connection at a restaurant. When I next tried to access email on the phone - all my folders are visible but if I try to sync the mailbox it just spins and stays totally blank. Eventually a message
comes up to say ' cannot get email. connection to server has failed.
I believe there is a problem with this particular account as i am having problems connecting via my laptop as well. I have intermittent access but most often am greeted with a message that 'there is a problem with signing in'. I am able to access the
'sign in' page. When I key in email and password for primary account nothing happens. When I try to access my second account - it's fine. the HTTP: address for the non working email is SNT ... the second one is on 'col'.
The good news is I still seem to have access my calendar and contacts- both from mobile and laptop.
I've used this account for probably 10 years and never had a problem before.
HELP please .... I've tried resetting network on my phone - it hasn't made a difference except I can't access my own wifi now!
As this is my main account for work it's now getting critical.
I have approx. 50gb worth of files which I want to be available on Sky Drive, so I included the relevant folders for sync with Sky Drive on my Windows 8 laptop. Due to the volume of data I had only uploaded about 20Gb worth when the time came to upgrade
to Windows 8.1. Since moving to 8.1 I've noticed (sorry if it was there before) the availability column in Windows Explorer, which either says "Available offline" or "Online only". Most of the files seem to be showing "Online only", and if I try to access
those files to tries to download them, or if I'm offline it says they are unavailable. I don't understand how this has happened, since all of the files originated on this laptop and I don't have any other devices associated with my Sky Drive account. Does this mean they have somehow been deleted from my laptop?

I entered to my email account and auto upgrade process worked. With the new interface, I saw only one email in my mailbox. I looked at deleted folder, I tried to recover but none of them worked. I read your forums and I noticed that other people experienced the same problem.
Could you please help me to recover my emails back. I had extremely important mails in my inbox.

I inadvertently set an erroneous birthdate & now I can't correct it. Also because of this I can no longer send e-mails from this address. How do I get my e-mail account back from this clumsy error?
I have an outlook.com account. My address is on a mailing list. When I reply to a message sent out on the mailing list, I receive the message I sent, so it looks like there are two of the same messages in the conversation thread, the one I sent, and then
the one that is relayed back. Gmail does not do this. When I send a response to a mailing list via gmail, it doesn't not relay the message back to me. It simply puts the message in sent items like normal and there is only one copy of the message in the conversation
thread. How do I get rid of this issue?
I only started using my new email yesterday, and today I got a message in my inbox that said that my Yahoo ID pass word had been changed. Thing is, it's nothing to do with me. Thing is I'm not sure if whoever has used my email address has done it on
purpose, maybe they had a similar email address to mine or something. When I thought someone was trying to use my account for something bad I clicked on the link in the email to reset the Yahoo ID password again, and there was a mobile phone number and another
email address listed to send the reset request to , so I'm really unsure what to do next. I have an old Yahoo Messenger ID and have tried contacting the user via that, but other than that I'm not sure what action to take next. The mobile number and other
email address aren't show completely so I can't use them to try and get to the bottom of this.

Every so often when I log in it appears that several of my emails have been deleted. It usually seems to be the older ones (about a month or two old, not extremely old) that get deleted. I didn't opt to delete any emails and several of them were quite
important. Any suggestions on how to recover emails that were purged without permission?
I had my email registered in my phone. and i remember updating the email info. and after few monthes i received an email telling me to update my password and i did.
