Hi I've asked this question before.

my account says its been used by someone else and ask my to verify my account.

i filled out the information but they send me an email saying unfortunately we can not verify that the account is yours.

Please don't send me links like the one below.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/id-support

This link does not help me at all and it doesn't answer my questions because it will still ask me to log in to my account which is locked and

ask me to verify my account again.

I don't understand why microsoft can't do anything about this.

I've tried the link.

i've tried verifying my account.

i've tried resetting my password, but because both accounts locked are linked i can't !!

is there anything else i can do?

can't anyone help me recover my account?

regards:

Michael

Hello

I have lost all my emails in my account, and i have very important attachments in those emails and years of stored saved emails. I was hoping somebody could assist me in recovering alll my mail back that would be deepy appreciated.

Thank you in advance and i kindly await your assitance

email address was : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Regards

Maher

I merged my old *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to my new *** Email address is removed for privacy *** address and noticed I'm missing some storage space on my skydrive

I've read up others have received 25GB compared to my skydrive space of 7GB only.

Instead of me migrating to a dropbox account, am I eligible to receive what I entitled to?

thanks
i asked my friend to send me an email(btw he is using a yahoo mail), and it didn't land on my inbox, i gave him twice my email and i do believe he didn't had a typographical error in that.. i also believe that recently some messages that i expect to receive aren't coming. i checked options on my outlook if it's really..really.. that filtered but no, it's just normal. it the site is untrusted or what is should still go to junk mail right? but why isn't there anything? thanks hope you guys could help

I sent an apparently too large video file to about 6 people, and got error message that file too large.  After that time, recipients would continue to get the email repeatedly (some of which could open, some could not), and I would get error messages regularly as well.  On my end, the error messages read as follows:

"Undeliverable mail: {in the subject line with my subject"}

With the following in the message area:  "This message wasn't delivered to anyone because it's too large. The limit is 16MB. This message is 28 MB.

Then lists the intended email recipient, with the following:

"This message won't be sent because it's too large."

I sent the file via email which is set up to go thru hotmail on my phone, a Samsung.  When I shut down outgoing mail on my phone (by changing the password thru the computer, and not updating the phone), the messages all stopped.  When I re-established the outgoing messages on the phone, the messages started again.  The AT&T store says it seems to be a hotmail "server" error.

The recipients continue to get about 12 emails a day, and I am getting many more than that of the error message.

Help!

I'm concerned that if I follow some of the suggestions that it will compromise my hotmail account on the iPad and iPhone and I will not receive any emails.  P,ease help!
I have just logged into my account to find that all my mail has gone, all info that cannot be recovered without this account.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
