When I try to get e-Mail hosting for my domain, cre8agame.com, outlook says it is inappropriate or protected.

Any idea how to get outlook to accept it?

Hello,
My name is Tom. My Hotmail account is (removed for security reasons).
I have a problem that goes back over 7 years. The font changes in my Hotmail emails, and friends complain the problem is distracting and makes my emails very difficult to read. The font changes size, color, (black to gray) and font styles, (from Arial, to Times Roman, and others as well.)
It happens in all browsers but seems to be less pronounced in Internet Explorer. With Mozilla and Google, browsers that I prefer, (sorry Microsoft) the problems crop up more often, but to be clear all browsers are affected. Longer emails with more editing are far more plagued by these changes in type.
These emails usually employed spell checks, cut and paste, and rewrites.
Though I've tried many times, the font problem can't be fixed by the usual Hotmail email account settings.
This has been going on over many years, with every computer - (more than 4) - and every operating system, from XP, to Vista, to Windows 8 and 8.1

I have tried this Microsoft post to the Forums route before. It was years ago. They asked me to download a special program that monitored my account and save the information for them. I did that, and I sent the results back in from time to time as requested. This went on for months, but they either, were not able to find a solution, or they were unable to fix it, or they simply forgot about the problem and never got back to me. When I wrote in, the moderators were always well meaning and seemed surprised that nothing was happening. They tried to find answers about what was happening but to no avail. So, after many tries I gave up.

Back 4 years ago I also did a  double blind check by opening a new account. The font problems disappeared in the new account.

This problem is in only in my original account's programming.

At the time, moderators suggested I simply get another Hotmail account, but my account uses my name without any numbers, underscores, or other distractions. I've used this Hotmail account since there was a Hotmail. It has been the primary way people contact me. I've used it for business as well as personal emails.

I'm certain the problems have come about because of a glitch in my individual account's programming.

I asked back then, and I ask you now, could the technical people that oversee Hotmail simply re-install the programming that operates my account and resolve this problem... or ...perhaps transfer my present address (my name) to a new working account?

My friends find it very distracting and complain about it.  It's a problem for me because I have no control over this glitch and my Hotmail emails go out looking badly. They have to be decoded to be taken seriously.
Please create a private message area for me where I can speak to a clever tech a who can resolve this issue.
Thanks for your help, time and attention.

Tom

Regarding this new post. this is my 2nd Post - and needs an explanation

TO START- RE : RoseKatrina_H's email ( You'll find it below)

I'm very confused at the moment.

I already had thread started and also had a private message area assigned to me. I believe it was used as requested.

I tried to respond to RoseKatrin_H's email there but could not . I kept getting, "OOPS Something went wrong. Please try again later" message from Microsoft.

Was this because something went wrong with the site or,  as the note I received from RoseKatrina_H said,,

my lines of communication were shut down?

History- About 4 weeks ago I was started in an existing Forums thread by a Microsoft Customer Service rep. who told me to start at that specific place.

After 2 weeks of describing my problem I was told to I needed to start a new thread.

I started a new thread.

That thread was escalated to a private message area.

Responding to messages in this private message area that I received, I uploaded 3 ( or more)  screenshots of the font problems.

I was also asked to send a screenshot to the Helpline. ... And as requested, I sent in an email with another screenshot there.

If I understand this correctly, I have just been informed by moderator RoseKatrina_H that the private message area we established was shut down,

and I should start a new thread.

Here is RoseKatrina_H's letter to me.

.......................................................................................................................

To make this clear, I underlined "please create a new thread" in RoseKatrina_H's letter so you'd see why I'm starting another thread.

There was no "reply" button. with her note

No way find out what this private forum she referred to, might be -  where to find it, perhaps get an understandable reason there why we needed yet another thread, ask and get a clearer answer to go about complying with her request.

To clarify - Since I already had a thread, and also established a private message area,

I don't understand why beginning a new thread was necessary.

Perhaps I've done this all wrong. Perhaps I'm not understanding because I'm tired after spending yet another 6 hours at my computer.

This has been a long and arduous trek to get to someone who can help.

..Maybe I'm not answering your questions properly or maybe they are not getting to the people who are requesting them,

but I sure thought I was, and I also thought you received what you asked for.

- I can tell you this, this method of talking to moderators and techs is such a labyrinth ,

if you don't work for Microsoft and are not familiar with these back channels. It is extremely confusing and exhausting.

I sincerely wish this process could be simpler.

In closing -I hope this thread will be found by the people who were already working on my problem.

To whoever reads it, If you have the ability, please forward this email to RoseKatrina_H or else anyone who is looking into my font problem.

Thanks

PS - On the other hand, if anyone wants to reach me directly, they can call me at 480-510-5671

Or simply  write me an email at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Other than my fonts being totally screwed up, my account works.

Thanks for any help and insight you can offer.

As I was just editing and cropping a few pictures the cropping tool just disappeared suddenly from the quick editing tool ribbon, and I can't find out how to restore it.  Any help would be appreciated.

All of a sudden, two days ago I can't open any attachments from my Hotmail account.  For example, It says outlook (2) couldn't be downloaded?

another file says:  do you want to save file from blu179.afx.ms  I say yes and it comes back couldn't be downloaded.  What is the problem?  any suggestions?  Thanks

Justin

Ever since I upgraded to Explorer 11, I cannot open my emails, check them as junk, etc.  PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY.
Hi Guys,

I got mail from an id claiming to be Outlook Administrator and asking about my mail id and password and stating that, failing to provide my credentials  could lead to blocking of my account.

I don't want to receive any such mail in future.
Hotmail Team, Please help me!.

As explained in an earlier thread regarding "Originating IP address" that it is N/A anymore in order to secure the privacy of users. It is appreciable but at-least there should be some alternative info from which one can come to know the country/city/etc of the originating email. shouldn't it?

The same question has been asked many times in the forum..... only fixed by a moderator adjusting the account(s).

Why is this not a default bug fix on all accounts? Why does subscribers need to source out answers on the web and then ask you to "adjust their account" to perform in a way that is resonably expected?

I can receive emails with more than 10 attachments, but cannot forward or reply. There also seems to be a restriction on total size of attachments. I have received the same error even when I am attaching less than 10 attachments.

I created an alias with my account however it does't show up.  It say "You have no Outlook aliases", but if I try to create it again...it tells me that that This email address is already an alias on your account.
