Cant remove myself from the group

in my Skydrive web, there is 'fds' under [Groups] that i cant remove it.

what should i do?

Messaging History Folder still present, Skype chat not active

Hi,


I've noticed that my main mail on outlook.com still has the "Messagin History" folder and is impossible to delete it. Along with it, in my web messaging pane i'm just connected to the old Messenger and not to Skype: obviously i regularlly use skype in  Windows 8.1 and in my Lumia logging in with my mail and not with my old skype account.


Can you plz help me with this issue and make me able to chat in Skype with the web page of Outlook.com?

Existing user cannot log in or change password

Created a new domain MX record for Latmedia.com

Then created a test user and all worked fine.

Added an existing user *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with Inbox Active: No

Cannot change password or access the account when I try to login.

 

Please help

Contacts list in Windows Live Mail is out of date

I noticed today that a contact who I frequently mail had apparently disappeared from my Contacts list in Windows Live Mail. 
On checking further, I see I am being presented with an old version of my contacts list - it contains names and addresses I had removed at least six months ago, and does not contain at least 20 contacts I have added over recent months.
Oddly, when I look on my iPad, the contacts list is the correct, most recent version.
I am the only user of my PC and have not modified any settings or knowingly applied any updates in recent weeks.

Is it possible to restore older versions of files stored in Skydrive after current copies have been corrupted by crypto locker?  If so, how?

Hotmail not displaying once I log in

For the past 24 hours I have been unable to log in my Hotmail account. I go to the sign in page but and once I click on sign in the wheel just spins and spins and after several minutes it just times out.


I am able to log in to MSN.com and other sites but once I try accessing my email through Hotmail I am unable. My @live.com and @outlook.com accounts work fine.


after about 3-4 minutes I get the below Error message:


This page can’t be displayed

  • Make sure the web address https://mail.live.com is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
  • Check that all network cables are plugged in.
  • Verify that airplane mode is turned off.
  • Make sure your wireless switch is turned on.
  • See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
  • Restart your router.


Can you advise what the issue may be?

All of my e-mails have been deleted automatically from my hotmail account

All of my e-mails have been deleted by Hotmail without asking my permission. I have lots of crucial e-mails and attachments and ı can not reach them. Why did you delete my e-mails and how can ı reach them again, please help me.

Windows Live Mail icon in system tray

Will the WLM icon in the system tray change in any way when I get an email? I have gotten a couple of emails already (downloaded into the email client itself), but haven't seen the system tray icon get bigger or turn a bolder color when those emails are downloaded
