email in outlook

Why can't I open or delete my emails? For the last two days I've been unable to open emails an unable to delete them. Click on an email & it does nothing, try & check box to delete emails & won't do that either. Big problem & I've found no answers anywhere. Using Outlook had Hotmail forever, seems since the change there's nothing but problems, please help I need to get in my email.

When I log onto the account I get this message. The status report says all is currently running, yet I cannot access the emails. I had this issue a while back, was resolved, but it is happening again. This is email is from work and I really need access to it. I have not been able to access my emails since this morning.

TRIED TO SYNC THE OUTLOOK APP ON MY ANDROID PHONE THIS MORNING. THE SYNC WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. AFTER THAT, ALL MY ACCOUNT BECOMES UNACCESSIBLE WHETHER USING PC OR PHONE.

 

ANY SOLUTIONS.

 

IS THERE A NUMBER THAT I CAN CALL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS ISSUE.

Outlook account hacked

Hi guys, i was wondering if there is any way i can get help with a hotmail account that was hacked, it belonged to my stepmother who passed away a year ago but we started recieving email from her accont a few days ago. As you can imagine we were pretty concerned about the fact since around 20 different email accounts were contacted via her email all saying they got a werid link to click on. The email account that i am speaking of is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and i have all the appropriate documents in order to validate the account like birth certificate, death certificate, passport etc. hope someone out there can help us get the account back.

drodrafts.com is an certified public accountant / tax prep website - and I need to have access to my business email.

Unable to close Hotmail/Microsoft Account. Sending me in circles.

Hello,

 

I'd like to delete my hotmail account as it is no longer used.  It seems simple enough but when I follow the links to close the account it sends me in a circle back to the page I originally tried to delete my account on.  This seems to be a problem a number of people are having.  I can provide email details and PUID of effected address if necessary.  Please help.

Outlook Mobile App Connection Error

Lately, when I try to view the emails in my inbox on the Outlook Mobile App for Android, the screen is blank and the emails do not show up. There is only a yellow bar on the screen that says "Connection Error". The emails that I receive also do not show up in my status bar, even though I have my settings to do so. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible because this is an extremely important account.
