I closed my outlook account when I was trying to change it to a different account name and have since lost them both. Please help my laptop is needing the 8.1 upgrade and I am not able to do that because of this mess.

I want to create a folder on SkyDrive.com but I dont want that folder to sync with desktop.
That option was there when there was a Windows client and I hope it's there in 8.1 app as well but my SkyDrive app on 8.1 is not working.
After confirming that username and password are correct and trying every configuration of port and toggling "Requires a secure connection", I am not able to use my outgoing server. Incoming POP server works fine.
How do I forward only certain segments of an email thread using outlook or Hotmail? For example, if I have several messages in an email thread but want to forward only one of them to another user, how do I do this without the entire thread being forwarded?
Here's what I've been doing...I choose the message that's part of the thread and click "actions". then, I click "forward" and enter the user email that I want the email portion sent to. However, when I then check "sent messages" it appears that the entire thread is being forwarded.

I would like to be able to view all my contacts from the email page. When I try to forward a message to a group of contacts all I get is a suggestion of frequent contacts, I WANT TO SEE ALL MY CONTACTS! Is this possible to change?I've tried looking
in the options and settings but nothing suggests this is possible. I am not happy with the current outlook.com. My older hotmail was much easier to navigate. Can I get Modify the contact list view from my outlook page or can I get my old hotmail page back?

I have somehow lost all the information in some of my folders in my outlook.com inbox. How can I restore them?
I forgot my email address password for my Hotmail account, , so I reset the password. Now whenever I try to log into the Hotmail account, it lets me see the settings, but will not let me enter the email inbox, and instead it takes me directly to the email inbox of my other email account. I have tried logging in and out, but still end up in the wrong email inbox. I'm not sure why this is happening.
I have a very big issue in my mind. I got a mail today and when I was reverting back to the mail. In the To: column of the address, I saw a different name than mine. I need to change that. how do I do it. I have attached an image with the question and
