Trying to log into my account and it says that someoone might be using it. So it was blocked. I've tried several times to put in my details to prove it is mine, but it always says it's not enough information and it can't verify my ownership. It doesn't

People list works fine in Internet Explorer 9.0 but the option to add pictures in-line when I am composing an email is not offered. It is an available choice in Firefox.

I ran a program to clean up my PC and when I opened Outlook again, the screen/display was all messed up. My usual inbox emails were showing on the screen, but the top half of the screen was covered by another box containing a list of "View All" options
on the left and "Arrange by" options on the right. After about 30 seconds, all of that drops down to the bottom of the screen and the top half turns blue with some icons off to the left (a + in a circle, a dialogue box, and a gear. Right below that is a
box with the heading "Reading Pane" followed below by options such as "off," "right," "bottom. Below that box appears additional options: "available," "invisible," "edit Profile". How do I get this stuff to not show, so I can see my inbox? Thanks

I use SKydrive app across four devices. Windows phone and Surface have no problems opening and editing MS office files. Work computer is running XP, so I log in to Skydrive through the website. Again, no problems editing the files.
At home I have a desktop running Win 8.1. Each time I use the SKyDrive app to open the files, it is "read-only" mode. What am I doing wrong? I would like to have it setup the same way as my Surface, where I can open them from the app and edit. Don't want
to login via website each time. Any help would be appreciated.
