The fact that hotmail have decided to change thing is fine but to delete all of my emails without me having the chance to do something about it is an outrage as i have emails of great importance and it matters for the future with my children and myself
as there are lots of emails to do with courts and custody and emails concerning factual evidence.
I am so angry at the inconvenience this has caused me and i am not the only one as a few of my friends have got the same issue so please do not answer me witht he fact that it could be my fault or a hacker, it is down to the fact that microsoft have caused
mayhem and are not taking blame for it and helping anyone.
I should think that there are many people the same as me in this moment in the way that they are thinking of changing from hotmail to another service because its not the way anyone should be treated.

It is fun to have the various stationary in Windows Live but it is rather dissapointing that when I sent messages using the stationary noone who opens that email in Hotmail receives the email with the stationary. Most people that I email to use Hotmail not Windows Live. I like the way that you can use and handle pictures in Windows live.

I have the outlook app on my mobile device and every time i try to send a email outlook blocks my account. To be fair I very rarely send emails from the account but it is becoming a massive inconvenience every time i do try to use it. How do i stop this

I hope that you get this question again as I accidentally lost your reply when transferring the email from my husband's mail to mine. I had logged in under his address for Microsoft Help and now your response is floating around somewhere in cyberspace.
It's been a difficult week overall!
I don't remember all of your 2nd response to my question, but I did try changing the bit rate. I upped it to the max at 135k. The movie still looked digitized or perhaps pixelated is a better description---little dots on the edges of trees, objects
and slightly blurry.
While looking thru answers about Movie Maker, I noticed another reply you had given to someone about movies looking "soft" on DVD's. You suggested using a USB thumbdrive. I've tried that and it looks much, much better---more like my original pictures.
Hooray! Now I have some other questions:
1. What is the longevity of a thumbdrive? I'm hoping to have some media that I don't need to redo every 5-10 years.
2. Which would preserve my HD videos in better archival condition, a thumbdrive or a blu-ray disc?
3. If a thumbdrive is a good option, then is there a particular brand that you would recommend or characteristics that I should consider when purchasing one?
My goal is to preserve the movies with the best possible resolution on the most archival storage media for as long as possible. I'm also backing up files on a external hard drive. I want a portable medium that we can look at our vacation movies whenever
and is durable for frequent usage.

i have 2 hotmail account where one of them is not working with IOS anymore ,when i try to set it up it get "unable to verify account information" however when i try to sign in from windows pc ,im able to log in to my account after second attempt and always not on the first one .
i tried the same account on another IOS device and i got the same issue ,i tried another hotmail account on the IOS device and it was sync perfectly.
so basically the issue is totally isolated and it has something to do with my account
Please if you can get back to me with a solution as that account need to be always checked and i need to have it on my IOS device

After I log into live.com I can view my calendar and sky drive but I am unable to view emails. I receive the following error message
