I have just transferred from Hotmail to Outlook, whilst I recieved a notification from outlook saying "as promised all your old emails are perfectly safe", none of my personally named hotmail folders containing my emails and important information are visible.
My new outlook inbox is totally empty! This is not due to inactivity, hacking or using a mobile to access my account. I am aware many other users are experiencing this difficulty, so it would seem there is a glitch with Microsoft and the new Oultook interface.
I have tried following advise given to other users, to restore deleted e-mails, but have had no success. I would really like all my e-mails and important pictures and information back. Please assist me to complete this request?

I have forgotten which email address I used to register this account
Would it be possible to send an email to this account so I can reset my password and continue to use this login please

When I go to sign in- How do I delete a wrong email address option, which pops up each time I type the first letter of my email address? Both my correct email address and the incorrect one start with the same letter, but as only one is correct, I wish
to delete the other so that it won't continue to pop up as a possible option.

All I want to do is have SkyDrive have the same stuff My Documents folder has. I save to my local My Documents for all my activities and want it mirrored on SkyDrive. I have two PCs and just want them to have the same files. I know it should be easy
