Can I please be able to activate my delete email account <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> or at least be able to create a new email account with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***? I can't get access to my Prezi account because I forgot my pw and the email that they send the pw to is my deleted hotmail account. Please help me out, I really need to use my Prezi account because I have a lot of school work on that account. Thank you.

I am working with an attorney who sends me emails with the subject RE ..........Trust. This worked ok for several months but lately when I get a new email from him I open it and find an old message instead of a new one, This happens on my Acer but not on my husband's Dell. Another problem is that when I use Reply to Sender my reply does not show up in my Sent box. If I want to print it out I have to use a New email. My email program is Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3505.0912).

I have a mailing group set up in Skydrive with 8 members in it. This has been working well for a year or 2 but it seems that since this morning, no e-mails are being received to the group.
I do not know how to resolve or troubleshoot this as I've been through every setting and option within Outlook & Skydrive and cannot work it out. Is this a temp problem with all groups or just mine?
I created a 2nd group just to test and that doesn't seem to be receiving e-mails either.....
Nothing has changed and all members were receiving the e-mails no problem until today.
