Some Sky Drive folder with sub folders with files disappeared following Windows 8 update to Windows 8.1
How do you recover the Sky Drive disappeared folder and sub folders with files
I have looked all over and couldn't find the option to get 'Delivery Receipt or Read Receipt' we used to have in Outlook at my work place years ago. I'm using Hotmail - Outlook now for my personal email account. Please help! This feature is so important when we want to make sure a recipient has read a message. Thank you.

I have 3 windows 7 computers synced on skydrive (57 GB).
I bought a new windows 8 computer, using a external drive I transferred the files in the skydrive folder from one of the windows 7 computers to the new computer thinking this would save time by not having to transfer them over the internet. I then downloaded
The desktop app and set the folder to sync.
The new computer did still go through the sync process, when it got to about having 7 GB done of 52 GB I get a message that the skydrive folder if full. But when I go to skydrive.com it shows that I still have 5GB free.

Hi. I need to export roughly 1500 emails from my Outlook.com account onto a USB memory stick or hard drive. Can't seem to find a way to do it. Tried using Windows Live Mail but can only export one at a time that way. Any ideas?

Migrated ~11,000 emails to Outlook.com (2006-2013) earlier this year.
All worked great.
I access EVERY day through IMAP.
As of today only 650 remain.
I've entrusted my data to Microsoft. I'd like it back.
I have forgotten the email password to my Hotmail account. It stated that the answer to my security question was wrong, which it wasn't. It will only text the code but the phone # listed is a home phone that doesn't accept text. I have done the request
form 3 times with no response. I have now had to create an outlook account just to contact you. How do I get my account back.?

I have a domain, let's call it mydomain.com, that is listed under my "your domains" section of domains.live.com
On this domain, I want to add a number of real users, so far so good.
I also want to add addional @domain.com addresses to one of these users, to recieve email on, but don't what to have to create additoinal accounts with passwords, as they won't be logged into, so assume will expire.
I just want to add an additional email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to one of my users accounts, but I cant seem to do this, as if I log into the account I want this added to, and then clock on Account aliases & add, it tells me "You need to verify you own *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. To verify, click the link we emailed to this address" which I can't do, as it doesn't actually exist yet..
Is there a way to do this?

Upgraded browser to IE 11 today and found I cannot open emails in Outlook.com with the cursor. I must click on "view all" and hit the "enter" key and then the arrow key to view each email. The same is true if I need to delete emails. Any ideas?
I can open my emails, but I still cannot start a new email, or reply to one
There is a random picture of me being sent with my email. It's not my MSN profile picture, nor is it a photo I've uploaded to FB or any other social network. I need help figuring out how to get rid of it. It showed up when I was emailing from my MSN account
to my Mac Mail Account. Thanks!
