y can I only open one email then cant open anymore

I am unable to remove the hotmail.com domain in the blocked senders list.
I am unable to remove the hotmail.com domain in the blocked senders list.
Have tried several times:
1) adding hotmail.com domain to the Safe senders list – it did not work
2) removing Hotmail.com from the blocked senders list and hotmail.com is back on it each time, despite me not adding it again.
How can I retrieve all the emails sent from this domain to my inbox that I have never received?
This is very important to me.
I need an urgent solution, please. Thank you.

I just upgraded to IE 11 and now my Outlook will not operate correctly. I can't open an e-mail when I click on it. I can open different folders but e-mails won't open when clicked on. I have also lost all of my contacts in the People tab as well as my
Calendar. How can these problems be fixed ?
I created a new outlook.com account and received an email from Outlook/Microsoft asking me to sign in and validate the account. In order to get this message I already was signed in. There are No instructions on how to validate the account. Help. I'm
not currently being allowed to send or receive on this account.
I've had my live.com email for many years. I have my own custom domain, and wanted to link my email address from a custom domain to the live.com ID. I added domain management at http://domains.live.com and added the custom address that I previously added as an alias. The domain manager told me the custom address already existed and that I could "import" it. So I did.
Eventually this ended up not being worth the effort as I couldn't figure out what was linked to what anymore so I canceled domain management for my domain.
Now all the mail from my live ID that I've had forever is gone gone gone. I really need it back as this is how I keep organized.
It's not in a deleted items folder. It's gone.
It appears that recently (within the last week) that emails relating to e-transfers are not arriving in my inbox. I have had 2 within the last 36 hours.
The individuals involved have sent to me previously, using this email address, and we've never had an issue. All of a sudden I'm not receiving the email with the link (but I do receive the email when they cancel the transaction). What is going on?
I currently have one "floating" out there so it would be great if someone could help me track it down. It is not in my junk or deleted either; I've checked.

My junk folder has disappeared from my hotmail account on my iPhone 5. I have to actually log into the website to view items that go to my junk email. This just started maybe a month ago but it's extremely frustrating. Please help!
I already had an email account with HOTMAIL WHICH WAS CHANGED TO this new OUTLOOK and it was working perfectly well until Yesterday !!!!!!!!! When I went to go on to look at my emails it said I had to enter my email address and password, which I DID .....

I recently moved to a lumia 1020 and am in the process of trying to consolidate my email accounts and information. Along with transitioning to windows 8.1 on my desktop.
I have a .live account which I created a couple months ago and I would like to use from now on. Originally I had another Microsoft account prior which was a gmail account. So I went to add this gmail account as an alias to the new Microsoft live account
i created. This did not work as it was already its own stand alone Microsoft account.
So I then logged in and closed the Microsoft account which was tied to my gmail in hopes of adding it to an alias to the new one.
However when I go to add this email it still says "This email address is already taken. Please try another."
How can i possibly make this work? Is there a time period which the servers will eventually refresh and realize the older gmail microsoft account has been closed/deactivated and i then can proceed to add it as an alias?
I really am a bit bummed right now. I want to move to the windows side of things here and this is preventing me from making the change.
Any Help greatly appreciated!
