I can't play the videos I am trying to send to people from skydive. When I download the video, all I get is a blank player. The extension is .mov-mp4. I have silverlight enabled. I am using web skydrive. If I can't solve this soon, I will try dropbox.
In the process of e-mail correspondence I am noticing some, not all, attached photos are disappearing from e-mail threads. How do I recover these photos that have not yet been downloaded to my computer?

PS - I have removed my email account from my Samsung phone to help me receive the emails on my computer.
Since I installed Windows 8.1, the Outlook.com email site will only allow me to see the contents of the newest email. When I click on the others, they don't open. To see all of my email I have to start with the newest one and then delete it to see the
next newest one and so on.

I currently have an outlook acct in a managed domain which will not let me rename the acct.
I opened a new acct in Outlook.com.
How do I transfer my data (folders, contacts, emails, etc) from my acct in the managed domain to my new outlook acct.
I have a msn.com address and since this new outlook thing I am unable to send, reply or forward any emails. I am accessing my emails via Internet Explorer. When I click on New Mail or Reply nothing happens, no error message. I can send emails from my
iphone and ipad just not my laptop. Very frustrating. Please help
I'm really not sure how to explain this but please bear with me: In the upper right hand corner of Outlook are several icons including a gear, profile pix etc.
On the left hand side of these icons is a smiley face laying on its side. (this apparently is titled "messaging. With me now?) In any case, when I click on that I get messages that have been sent to me by people who are in my Skype contact list.
My question is: how do I delete these messages once I've read them? I can't seem to find any mouse click that will do that and I have cleared my conversation history in Skype but still get them.
Hope this explanation makes sense.
