Hi,
I have been trying to install the office for mac 2011 for which I have a product key, however while doing so, I get the following error message : We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft support contact us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and transaction ID cd7a0858-1650-4b44-9d93-67fcb1965109 .
I am unable to install and request if some one could give me a solution on how to go about installing this on my mac
Many thanks in advance..
I'm used to creating emails in HTML format so I can insert "live" hyperlinks. Usually, when you Copy and Paste a hyperlink from a web page into an Outlook email, the link is shown in blue and is underlined. Mine no longer does that.
I know this sounds weird but recently, when I paste link in HTML format, it doesn't show up on the page! Nor does it show I do Ctrl-V to paste, the cursor remains in the same location, and the link is "invisible". I say "invisible" because if I go to the Options tab, and choose Plain format instead of HTML format, the link appears in blue, but all the formatting is gone.
If I send someone this "invisible" link, their email looks blank. But, if you "View Source", the link is clearly shown!
I've made sure I have the latest updates for Outlook and I've made sure that all the application Preferences and Settings are correct, but I still have this problem. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
I would like to try re-installing Outlook, but I don't have a disk. What can I do?
Thanks
Chey
I'm using MS Outlook for Mac 2011 - on IMAC
For years I have been sending emails to a group composed of 26 members. This a.m. the email sat in my outbox for ages before I noticed it had not been sent. I check the other posting for possible problems including checking each email address for a malady....none found. One comment suggesting sorting the list but I don't find a way to do that, so any suggestions will be appreciated.
All assistance will be appreciated!
