I am using MS for Mac 2011, V 14.6.6 on OS X El Capitan V 10.11.5   My question is when using the signatures feature I have stored several different signatures for the offices I hold in different organizations.  When adding a signature to a new or reply email they have started double spacing.  They are not showing as double spaced in the stored signatures and I can't find anywhere to check the format.  Also when you try to take the spacing out of the email it is acting as the default is double spacing and won't even let you single space them.  The email is working fine and is single spaced.  It's only the signature.  How do you format it?  I tried creating them in Word first and replacing them but it still wants to double space it when I insert it into an email.  Thankx.............Pitt

Whenever I get the directive to rebuild my Outlook (Outlook for Mac 2011 - now running 14.6.6), the result is generally satisfactory, except that any email that I have sent are not present when I re-open Outlook the next time.  And I am unable to get into Outlook once I receive the directive to rebuild the database.  Are those emails available to me elsewhere?
Marketing emails have an unsubscribe option. I used to be able to start typing my email into that box and the it would auto-complete. It no longer does that and I would like to re-establish that function. Any suggestions? AH

For regular emails, the reading pane shows the sent time of the email.

However, for meeting invites, the sent time is NOT shown.

How do I find out what time the meeting invite was originally sent?

Hi,

I have been trying to install the office for mac 2011 for which I have a product key, however while doing so, I get the following error message : We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft support contact us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and transaction ID cd7a0858-1650-4b44-9d93-67fcb1965109 .

I am unable to install and request if some one could give me a solution on how to go about installing this on my mac

Many thanks in advance..

I'm used to creating emails in HTML format so I can insert "live" hyperlinks. Usually, when you Copy and Paste a hyperlink from a web page into an Outlook email, the link is shown in blue and is underlined. Mine no longer does that.

I know this sounds weird but recently, when I paste link in HTML format, it doesn't show up on the page! Nor does it show  I do Ctrl-V to paste, the cursor remains in the same location, and the link is "invisible". I say "invisible" because if I go to the Options tab, and choose Plain format instead of HTML format, the link appears in blue, but all the formatting is gone.

If I send someone this "invisible" link, their email looks blank. But, if you "View Source", the link is clearly shown!

I've made sure I have the latest updates for Outlook and I've made sure that all the application Preferences and Settings are correct, but I still have this problem. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I would like to try re-installing Outlook, but I don't have a disk. What can I do?

Thanks

Chey

I'm using MS Outlook for Mac 2011 - on IMAC

For years I have been sending emails to a group composed of 26 members.  This a.m. the email sat in my outbox for ages before I noticed it had not been sent.  I check the other posting for possible problems including checking each email address for a malady....none found.  One comment suggesting sorting the list but I don't find a way to do that, so any suggestions will be appreciated.

All assistance will be appreciated!
