How do i share my calender to other office staff? When he/she sent meeting request it shows to recipient on behalf of me he/she sent the meeting request. I am MAC user & my colligue who i am going to share my calender she is windows user. pls explain briefly

I've searched through the posts but can't seem to find anyone who has had this problem before.

I accidentally pressed 'DENY' on a pop-up window when a program was trying to send emails. I didnt realise at the time that it was probably our MYOB trying to send out payslips. I've now been unable to send out any emails through MYOB which is linked to our outlook account.

Can anyone tell me where I reverse the 'DENY' action?

I've spent a couple of hours now trying to sort it out through various forums and google searches but i've had no luck.

Anyone able to help.

I used to be able to send emails to my group. Now the same group list does not work. I have about 60 names of people I have in my contact list. No one gets my emails in that list and I do not get any kind of error message saying it doesn't deliver, just asking my recipients if they received it and they say they do not get them. Is there a new filter happening on my email hosting account maybe?

We stopped using Outlook for our office email and no longer use the Microsoft Office Reminders application on our Macs.

Sometimes when we use Microsoft Word or Excel, the Reminders application opens up all by itself. How do I stop this from happening?

I was Windows user, I have moved to Mac Platform.

In windows I use split the PST file in every year, so that file size will not be more than 7 GB size. 

In Mac I don't know how to split the files in outlook 2011. 

Please anyone help on this.

I run Outlook for Mac 2011. It is no longer sending emails from my outbox. When I had this problem previously a technician set up an "On my computer" archive. It contains 130,000 emails. 

What I am planning is the following:

- export most of the the archived On my Computer mail to an OLM file (but only if it will actually make a difference)

- I will retain only the emails from the last two years in the On my Computer folder so that they are accessible (about 20,000 emails)

- rebuild the main identity

- if that doesn't work create a new identity (but if I do that will I still see the On my Computer archive relating to the last two years in the new identity?)

Hopefully that resolves the email send issue for me and allows me to archive and view the last two years emails when I need them?

I am using Office 2011 with Mac OS X el capitan 10.11.5.

When redacting an email in Outlook 2011 version 14.6.5 with activated option html format, inserting an html link using copy & paste from whatever navigator or office documents, it does not work, nothing is shown as inserted into the text of the email and nothing appears until option html format is disable when at this moment you can see finally that the paste has been done but you see the link between < > characters and if you go back switching on html format, the link you have pasted disappears again!

Is any ongoing patch to repair this bug?

I have been successfully using my hotmail account on my Mac running Outlook 2011 for years - suddenly 3 weeks ago it stopped working giving me this message:

The server for account "Hotmail" returned the error "Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password. [Error="ProxyNotAuthenticated" AuthResult=0 Proxy=HE1PR09MB0044.eurprd09.prod.outlook.com:1995:SSL].

My webmail and iPhone email are fine - I have changed the password on my webmail, tried re-entering on my Outlook and still no luck.

Have pop3 settings changed or am I missing something?  Help this is driving me crazy!

Running Outlook for Mac 14.6.5. After the most recent update the Right Reading Pane keeps disappearing.  I verify the setting and the checkmark next to 'Right'.   I then uncheck it and recheck it again and the Reading Pane reappears.    This happens every time I start Outlook.
