Hi,

I use Outlook for Mac but can no longer sign in since I came to the UK (I live in China).

I can access my email by signing in to outlook live online, but that's not what I want to do.  I want to use the Outlook for Mac on my computer.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks,

David

I need help please!  I use a Mac Outlook 2011.  I have set the signature to arial 10 and when I send it seems to work well.  When emails are returned in their fine and maybe 12 when I reply it makes my signature go from 10 to a mixture of 10, 16.  it looks unprofessional and i have tried unchecking the box about font when replying but tis no use.

Do I just go back to a PC rather than Mac?

Thanks for help

I am having difficulty renaming an untitled folder on outlook 2011.

Could use some suggestions

When hitting the send/receive-button the folder structure changes. When I open Outlook for Mac 2011 I see my two IMAP-Accounts and the mails on my computer with the sub-structure I created. As soon, as I hit the send/receive-button I see only the inbox (which displays the number of mails of one of my IMAP accounts) but the other accounts as well as the substructure is not displayed any more. How can I stop this (I want the original view)?

This strange behavior started, when I added a new IMAP-account.

I use MS Outlook for Mac 2011 (version 14.6.5) on a MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan 10.11.5.

Hola

Tengo que configurar 5 cuentas Gmail con diferentes dominios . Pero al hacerlo solo funcionan 3  cuentas y las restantes no funcionan.

Como se puede resolver esto ?

Gracias

I'm using a MacBook running OS 10.5.8, which is only a few years old. Since they revamped Outlook, I can't see any emails in my inbox or other folders. I see the folders listed, but when I click on them I can't see the contents at all. Surely I can't be the only one who's getting this problem.
As far as I'm concerned this is a really crappy so-called 'upgrade'. It's unlikely, I know, but does anyone know if there's anything I can do to fix it my end?
After installing Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011, Version 14.6.5 (160527), I can no longer paste copied items (Command C) into an e-Mail Message using Command V.   Is there a fix?
I used to see my voice mail on lync 2011 , but now I think it is not sync with outlook. please anyone can help on  this
The left hand column in outlook is gone. This column has numerous folders and sub folders all gone! I have restated the program and the computer along with rebuilding the database. none of these actions have made any difference. Any advice?

One of my users who is using a MAC runs Outlook 2011 (fully updated) and when he creates a new email address it is not appearing as a recent address. I know within a Windows install of Outlook there is the .NK2 file that is created for each profile and sometimes you need to recreate this file. Would this be similar in 2011 for MAC users? If so what file is created and if copying the contents of the file then deleting it so it creates a new file when starting Outlook would this solve the issue?

Thoughts as always appreciated.

Regards

Steve
