Question about Outlook Express

I'm using Office 365 Outlook for Mac. It's been great. Today,  I experienced an odd issue and I'm not sure it's Outlook or a browser problem. For years, when on Chrome or Firefox and I want to email a page location, I just select that in drop down menu and my Outlook opens immediately with the url neatly plopped in the message window. Today that just stopped. Nothing happens. I've searched for answers in Chrome forums but nothing yet to solve the problem. I wondered if there is a setting in Office 365 outlook for mac that I need to change or update?

No. This did not help.  I need the phone number to contact tech support about their upgrade problems with Outlook.  ***-***-****

Lorsque je crée une tâche à effectuer sur Outlook (ou sur Office 365) celle-ci apparaît bien lorsque je me connecte à mon compte Office 365 mais ne s'affiche pas dès lors que je consulte mon compte sur Outlook.

Mail app built-in Mac and outlook of Mac cannot send/receive email , seems like disconnected with server , it's happened same time , about 5 PM yesterday . 

2 MAC belong to different place , different network , but internet access is normal at these two place . 

Nothing changed with exchange server and domain account . 

Rebuilt account in MAC , but still same result at all . 

For same email account , Windows / Android / iPhone / iPad / Web mail , all of them working fine . 

software version : Office Mac 2011 , Exchange 2007 , windows server 2008

Urgent Help , please .
