After my company upgraded their mail server from Exchange 2013 to Office365, my Outlook for Mac 2011 refuses to accept my login and password, even though it seems to successfully "auto discover" the correct server.

I have also tried creating a new identity to let it automatically configure everything but the same situation arises.

How can I correctly configure/update my Outlook for Mac 2011 to authenticate and access Office365 mail server?

Thanks!

Fernando

I need to delete an unsent email but cannot find my outbox in outlook email. It is not showing on the navigation pane at all, I tried preferences and nothing there shows how to view my outbox. Now I cannot send any other emails because this email is still trying to send  and I know it is because it is too large, but I can't find it to delete it.

I tried closing out of outlook and rebooting and it is still sitting there. It is not in draft folder either.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

For some reason, I do not have an "Outbox" showing up anywhere among my folders. I sent 3 large emails that are not going and it just keeps showing up as "sending" in the lower right hand corner. I do not know where to go to get rid of them. I tried closing outlook, but when I reopen it, it just shows up again. I now cannot send any new emails.

I cannot find my "outbox" anywhere on the main page. I only have "inbox", "drafts", "sent items" and "deleted items" showing in my list on the left side of the screen. I've tried all the view options and preferences, but can't seem to see where it is hiding!

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Using Outlook 2011 for Mac.  I keep getting this message:

Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry of the inconvenience.

I've checked for updates and there are no updates.  Suggestions

I am having trouble with my company signature when using Facebook & Instagram icons/hyperlinks.  Signature with company logo looks good until we add the links.  I double spaces the lines and our company logo goes semitransparent.  The signature looks correct on my Mac but if I email a Windows user it looks terrible.  Any ideas?

Help

I'm using MS Office for Mac 2011 and an msn email account.  I am an officer with several different organizations and have a membership list for each one.  Recently I have been having a problem sending to group emails out of groups I created in Outlook.  I think there may be a limit on the amount of email addresses I can send to in a day.

Is there a daily limit on the amount of email addresses I can send to from one email address in a single day?

If I get a second email address would that give me twice the amount I can send to in one day?  Or is it from one server?

Thankx...............Pitt

When I try to Send/Receive, I get this message:

It began after I got message about verifying a certificate, which I BELIEVE I did.

What do I do?

Hi,

My ISP recently moved my email from an Outlook.com account to an IMAP account. I used to get my email on my iPhone, iPad and iMac. No problems, they all synced and played together nicely.

Now, when the emails are downloaded to the iMac through Outlook 2011, they are removed from the server and if they happened to be on my other devices, they are also removed from them too!

I have noticed a new thing called "On my computer" and this appears to be the culprit as the mails are going to that folder now and this also looks to be like new functionality of Outlook 2011 since a recent update; or could be from the IMAP move...

So my question is, how can I stop the emails being removed from all devices when downloaded to the iMac?

Thanks in advance.

Phil
