This morning I had attempted to change my password but then when I went on my iPhone, it said the new password was incorrect and now I've tried changing my password about 4 or 5 times yet the same exact problem proceeds
to happen. On all my apple products, which are supposed to be synced with my email account, I've tried deleting the email account and re-adding it but this appears each time:
I've also tried to change the password back to the old one but... that didn't work because Microsoft refused to let me. I've tried using Google to find a solution but most posts lead back to 2008 and have solutions which no longer work.
I know on my apple products that there are two ways to add my email account: hotmail or other. The hotmail outcome is shown in the picture above while what I get for putting my email information in other comes up with an error saying: POP server "pop3.live.com"
is not responding. I've tried making the password shorter to 8 characters yet the problem still consists. I've tried changing my password on SMTP to the most recent but the server port timed out and just refuses to work.
