I have a very serious problem with my account.

My outlook account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is experiencing technical problems.

The problem is this:

Every time I log into the account I am constantly confronted with the Child Permission Wizard.

Now I cannot do the verification via Adult simply because I don't have a credit card in the USA.

I think this a problem I have because I entered the wrong age on my account by accident.

But I can't access my account simply because the Child Permission Wizard is interfering and stopping me.

I need help to fix this.
