I was creating an email for my business so I just chose the first DOB that appeared. I did not realize that the year was 2013. When I went to log in to the account it told me that I needed to have a parent sign in first. I did that but then it asked me to pay $$ first. I basically just need the DOB changed so I can access the account. I have done the live chat a couple of times and they were no help what so ever. Can someone please help me with this. I need the email name that I signed up with due to it being for my business. HELP!!!
