I want to close my outlook account cause I do not use this anymore. I am currently having an issue with this because it keeps telling me that I need to cancel all my subscriptions and Microsoft points to close my account. I don't have any subscriptions or points at all so I don't see what the problem is. How can I close my account and get this stuff over with already?
