Completing the Hotmail Account Recovery questionaire

1. When responding to the question "Country" Does this mean "In which country did you set up the account ?"

or "In which country do you currently reside ?"

2. Ditto for the question "Postcode".. is it " the postcode when the account was set up" or "where my current IP address is located"

3. Is the answer to the security question CASE SENSITIVE and does it only read the First word.

I keep answering this "correctly" but use upper case and type in both words with a space..

I answered this about 10 years ago and cant remember the EXACT FORMAT of the answer I gave .. is there anyway I can reset the answer ?

( as a fictional illustration I cant remember if I answered IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES or Imperial Chemical Industries or even simply ICI)
