I am using Outlook 2011 for Mac with two e-mail accounts an exchange account from work and a me.com account for personal use.
The setup of both was a snap, however every few minutes I get a pop-up error message that says "there is a login failure for my me.com account do you want to try entering your password?". It makes no difference if I reenter the password or deny the message, e-mail continued to work, but the message is annoying.
I have read the other strings on this issue. But they do not help.
I have deleted the account, quit outlook, removed the keychain, and reset things up manually from scratch…the result is unchanged.
However another suggestion was to create a new password for the me.com account is simply too complicated and cannot be a viable solution. My me.com account has emails working on 2 other programs on 5 computers and at least 4 mobile devices, and it is linked to an iTunes account that is active on at least 10 devices.
Can someone please give me a good solution?
