I have had a Microsoft account for a long time, and set up a custom domain with outlook.com a while ago. This was working fine with my:
Windows 7 PC with Outlook 2010
Windows Phone 8
Outlook.com
Windows 7 Laptop with Outlook 2010
Since then, I got a new computer with Windows 8.1 and Outlook 2013 (as well as the built in mail app). Since I did this, every day (generally daily at LEAST), I am getting the following message:
We noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook.com account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account.
Why are you seeing this?
Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk emails or something else that violates our Terms of Service.
How can you unblock your account?
The fastest way to unblock your Outlook.com account is to verify your account.

I go through the process, verify my account with my phone SMS, change my password to a new one, and then the next day, Im locked out again.
I even tried installing an authenticator, and 2-factor authentication and it made no difference.
I have now:
Surface 2
Windows Phone 8 Device
Windows 7 PC
Windows 8.1 PC
Windows 7 Laptop
I use Skydrive, Outlook, Outlook.com and am getting locked out daily and want to know why..
Am I getting hacked, am i sending out spam, am i sending to too many people or too quickly ? Why am I getting locked out so often..
I called support and they said they can't help with outlook as its a free service, I tried to submit support tickets and they either dont speak english or aren't reading it properly trying to meet some quota to reply and are useless.
I am contemplating using Google Apps to host instead since this is becoming unusable, but my Microsoft account is tied into to so many things now, Id rather stick with Microsoft if I can.
Hopefully someone here can actually look into this, look into my account, see my message history and support history and actually give me some answers and hopefully fix the problem(s).
Looking forward to a useful response.
