After an Msft service call, my desktop WLMail contacts got blown away.

 

Fortunately, they all still exist in the cloud WLMail,.  So I logged on, and used the Web interface to save my WLMContacts.csv file to the desktop.

 

When I select "Import" and CSV from the desktop WLMail too, nothing gets imported, and I don't see any messages.

 

Wot to do?
