Copy Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011(version 14.2.4) email contents to Excel

Hi,
Im using Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011- version 14.2.4. There is a requirement to copy the mail contents to excel file. Is there a solution to do this? Any help is appreciate.
