I've recently purchased two Windows 8 laptops for my twin daughters.  I've updated to 8.1  I'm configuring the computers in advance of Christmas.  They are 12 years old.  When I try to create a child's account with email, I go through the entire process (while logged in as administrator) and the request gets rejected on the final screen stating that a parent needs to do this and to check the web for details.  The web tells me to do what I'm doing.    I am the parent.  I'm following the proper steps.   This appears to be a bug.   The only success I've had is in creating an account without email, but I want my kid's able to access their email accounts.  Do I need to lie about their age?
