I've created a IMAP account for Gmail in MS Outlook and started using it. I would like to know how to customise the following:
1. Map the Gmail account send and delivery to a specific PST file (amongst a few).
2. Create/ copy/ move all contacts, calendar, journals and other folders to this Gmail account.
3. 4. Move the folder list of the Gmail PST as the primary list in the navigation pane.
4. After fixing the above, how to close the original Outlook PST file (which then would contain no sync'ed information).
I tried searching for and following some of the Outlook help links already available, but those don't seem to help with the above. Any assistance with these would be highly appreciated.
