I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT: You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PAID SERVICES OR MICROSOFT POINTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ACCOUNT. NEED HELP!!!!
