My grandfather has been given an office 365 account for his business, and I receive most of his emails anyway so I would like to forward them to his account. However, everytime I attempt this, I receive an email straight back titled 'delivery status notification
(failure)'. The address is correct, and his account is active. The emails I'm sending aren't very substantial either.
I even tried sending an email from his account to mine, which I received, and then I attempted to 'reply' to it, and it failed again.
How can I resolve this so that his account will receive emails?!
