On last Monday (9/2/13), I inadvertently changed my DOB to reflect 2013 versus 1964. Now, I cannot gain access to my account. I conduct a lot of business thru my Hotmail account and I need access to it to gain information regarding documents for an upcoming trip (which is very close). My hotel and airline itineraries and reservations are locked up in this account. I sent my information on last Tuesday (9/3/13) to the fax number provided and still as of today, I haven't received anything. I DESPERATELY NEED TO HAVE MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT INFORMATION (DOB) CORRECTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT I CAN ACCESS IT. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I'm praying for someone's assistance to get this corrected NOW!!!!!
