I used to be able to view online the DOC and PDF attachments to Hotmail. Now I can no longer open DOC or PDF attachments in Hotmail and can no longer view online! I get this message:

 Sorry there was a problem and we can’t open this

document. If this happens again, try opening the

document in Microsoft Word.

I do not have the pop-up blocked. I send and receive both DOC and PDF files all the time. What has happened? Why has Hotmail dropped this very important feature?
