Domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language promosharks.cz

Hi,
I am trying to register the domain www.promosharks.cz. I see the following error :

Domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language

PromoShark is my PR company, please can you resolve this problem?
