My domain name email acct stopped working 10/31/2013. I have posted this concern several times and I cannot find any of my previous postings. This was my old My MSN email that Microsoft sold to MebouneIT 7 years ago. MelbourneIT says Microsoft shut down some servers and all they need are the MX Records or MX #'s to turn on my email. I can't get this info from Microsoft, they keep saying there is no support for outlook.com email. This is not acceptable. All my business is tied to this email account and I can't get any help. If someone from Microsoft doesn't help me, I will start a Class Action Lawsuit. I can't forward email, I can't do nothing with this account to get my important emails. Someone from Microsoft needs to fix this issue, I don't care if its a free acct. Microsoft should have known this would happen and given us an opportunity to make the necessary changes to our email accounts so we can access our personal and business email.
