Domain Ownership Verification Fail – Account suspended

I am struggling to verify my domain ownership.
I have modified the DNS settings ad best I could following the instructions provided, but my account on outlook.com is now suspended. 
Your service is Suspended. Please make the required DNS changes.

You can Cancel service or Edit mail settings

I have the following records: Some codes blanked for security
Can anyone tell me what DNS settings I have screwed up, and how I get my account un-suspended?
