Hi, I downloaded Windows 8.1 and now in my Hotmail account I cannot open emails (although I can write/send new emails). I also cannot check the box to the left of an email in order to delete it, move it, etc.
Is anyone else having these problems? Any solutions? Do I need to provide more information?
