Hello,

I run my business e-mails through this service and a week or so ago all of my e-mails in my folders and sub folders disappeared.  I've searched the inbox, junk, important, etc folders and they are not there.  This is a massive problem for me as I own my own business.  Is there a way to get them restored and to prevent this from happening in the future?
