e-mail will shut down unless i give a phone number to microsoft for identicifation. storm sandy destroved home my communications is using hotmail cna you help?

must provide microsoft with telephone number otherwise will lock down my hotmail account.  this is a federal disaster area in NJ and hot mail is mu communications  can you help?  many gov agencies have my e-mail account and i am waiting for replies.

 

my correct-mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***         /  *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not my account.
