My android phone has stopped downloading emails that are appearing on my computer. When I open outlookI get acycling sync, but no new emails. I purged account data and reloaded.  This produced a few emails from about 3 days ago, but nothing else.  Further attempts to  reset were unsuccessful.  I'm a bit reluctant to delete the account and start again, in case I lose everything.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.
