Cannot access email contacts , edit ,add, or delete any. All else within Hotmail seems to be working such as reading mail,replying, forwarding, and sending. All three of my Outlook  Hotmail  accounts have the same problem.When clicking on To ,CC, or BCC nothing shows; same when clicking on 'People' at top left .The page won't load and the dotted circle spins for a minute ,then the message 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page etc.' appears. Does anyone else have this problem ? It happened last night June 4/2013, corrected itself after an hour or so and reoccurred next day and stayed that way. Help much appreciated. Thanks.... Gary
