In my outlook.com I made extra folders to transfer info from my inbox for safekeeping.  I now want to retrieve the emails I transferred to the folders and when I click on the folder to retrieve the info I receive a message stating:  "no messages from the last two weeks".  Please help as I now need to have those emails.  Pauline
