Why can't I open or delete my emails? For the last two days I've been unable to open emails an unable to delete them. Click on an email & it does nothing, try & check box to delete emails & won't do that either. Big problem & I've found no answers anywhere. Using Outlook had Hotmail forever, seems since the change there's nothing but problems, please help I need to get in my email.
